Once you reach the entrance, continue on the dirt road that leads to the hiking trails towards Zla Kolata. The road may require a 4x4 vehicle, so ensure your car is suitable for off-road conditions. Parking is available at the trailhead. Remember to pay any entrance fees applicable at the national park entrance, which may vary (check locally for current rates). The hike to Zla Kolata from the parking area is about 2-3 hours, depending on your pace.

If you choose to use public transportation, start from the main bus station in Plav. There are regular bus services to Gusinje, so purchase a ticket to Gusinje. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Gusinje, you will need to hire a taxi to take you to the Prokletije National Park entrance, as public transport does not go directly there. Be sure to agree on a fare with the taxi driver before starting your journey. After entering the national park, you can follow the same trail as the car travelers to reach Zla Kolata.
