    Getting There

    Bus

    From the center of Nikšić, head to the main bus station located at Trg Slobode. Look for buses that head towards Kotor. The journey takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Kotor, the bus station is located just outside the Old Town. From there, you can easily walk to the Old Town, which is about a 10-minute walk.

    Train and Bus

    From Nikšić, walk to the train station which is located on the southern part of the city, near the main road. Take the train to Podgorica (the capital city). The train ride takes around 1 hour. Once in Podgorica, head to the main bus terminal, which is a short taxi ride or a 20-minute walk from the train station. From the bus terminal, take a bus to Kotor. The bus journey will take approximately 1.5 hours.

    If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Nikšić to Kotor. You can find taxis in the main square (Trg Slobode) or call one. The journey will take about 1 hour and is the most convenient method if you are traveling in a group or with luggage.
