Bus
From Nikšić, head to the main bus station located in the city center. Look for buses heading towards Kotor. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you arrive at the Kotor bus station, exit the station and follow the road towards the Old Town. It is about a 15-minute walk from the bus station to the Maritime Museum. Follow the signs towards the waterfront and then take a right onto Trg Bokeljske Mornarice. The museum is located at number 391.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Nikšić to Kotor. Ask the taxi driver to take you to Trg Bokeljske Mornarice. The journey will take approximately 1 hour, depending on traffic. Upon arrival, the Maritime Museum will be located at number 391 on your left.
Walking
If you are feeling adventurous and want to explore the surroundings, you can take a scenic walk from Nikšić to Kotor. This is a lengthy trek (approximately 28 km) and not recommended unless you are experienced in hiking. From Nikšić, head south on the main road towards Kotor. You will pass through beautiful landscapes and small villages. Once you reach Kotor, navigate towards the Old Town and follow the signs to Trg Bokeljske Mornarice. The Maritime Museum is at number 391.
