Start at the main square in Nikšić, known as Trg Špire Džakovića. From there, head south towards the bus station (Autobuska stanica). Once you reach the bus station, take a bus heading to Kotor. The journey will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Upon arrival at the Kotor bus station, exit and walk towards the Old Town (Stari Grad) of Kotor, which is about a 15-minute walk. Follow the main road, and you will see the city walls ahead. As you enter the Old Town, look for the signs leading to the Bishop's Palace, located near the square.

From Nikšić, make your way to the bus station (Autobuska stanica) located near the city center. Purchase a ticket for a bus going to Kotor. Buses run frequently, so check the schedule. The ride will take around 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at Kotor's bus station, exit and walk towards the Old Town (Stari Grad) by following the main road. It is approximately a 15-minute walk. Once you reach the Old Town, look for signs pointing to the Bishop's Palace, which is situated nearby the main square.

From there, it’s just a short 5-minute walk to the Bishop's Palace, located near the central square.
