From the center of Perast, head southeast towards the waterfront along the main street, Obala, which runs parallel to the coast. Continue walking along the waterfront until you reach the Perast bus stop. From there, you can catch a local bus to Tivat. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Upon arriving in Tivat, disembark at the main bus station. After getting off the bus, walk straight ahead for about 5 minutes until you reach Culture Square, which is located in the heart of Tivat.
Boat
If you prefer a scenic route, consider taking a boat from Perast to Tivat. Head to the Perast marina, located by the waterfront. Look for a local boat service that offers rides to Tivat. The boat trip will take approximately 20-25 minutes. Once you arrive at the Tivat marina, walk straight toward the town square, and you will find Culture Square a short distance ahead.
