From the center of Perast, head towards the waterfront promenade. Walk along the promenade facing the water until you reach the end of the town. At the end of the promenade, take the path that leads up the hill towards the fortress. This path is marked and will take you through some beautiful scenery. Continue following the path uphill, and after approximately 30 minutes of walking, you will arrive at Fort Vrmac, which is well-marked and offers stunning views of the surrounding area.
