From the center of Perast, head southeast along the waterfront promenade, enjoying the views of the bay. Continue straight for about 400 meters until you reach the main road. Turn left onto the main road (M-1) and follow it for approximately 8 kilometers towards Kotor. Be sure to watch for signs indicating the direction to Kotor. As you approach Kotor, you will see the city walls and the old town. Once you reach Kotor, head toward the main square (Trg od Oruzja), and from there, follow the signs to Ulica 2 (sjever-jug), where Pima Palace is located.

From the Perast waterfront, look for the local boat services that operate between Perast and Kotor. Board the boat heading to Kotor, which typically departs from the dock next to the Church of Our Lady of the Rocks. The boat ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Kotor port, disembark and follow the signs towards the city center. Walk towards the main square (Trg od Oruzja) and then take Ulica 2 (sjever-jug) to reach Pima Palace.
