Getting there

Car

If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Prokletije National Park. Head southeast on the main road towards Theth, Albania. Follow the signs for Theth, which will take you through beautiful mountainous terrain. The drive is approximately 30 kilometers and will take about 1 hour, depending on road conditions. As you approach Theth, you'll see a sign for Camping Freskia. Turn onto the unpaved road leading to the campground. Please note that the driveway is steep but can be navigated without a 4x4 vehicle. Ensure your vehicle is in good condition for the drive.

Public Transportation

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Shkoder, Albania to Theth. Buses leave regularly from Shkoder's main bus station. The journey takes about 2 to 3 hours. Once you arrive in Theth, you can either walk or take a local taxi to reach Camping Freskia. The campground is about 2 kilometers from the center of Theth, and you can ask locals for directions or use a map application. Taxis are available and usually cost around 5-10 Euros.

Walking
