From Tivat's main waterfront promenade, head south towards the Porto Montenegro Marina. Continue past the marina until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Jadranska magistrala, following the signs for Budva. Keep walking along the main road for about 2.5 kilometers. You'll start to see signs for Jaz Beach. As you approach the beach area, look for the pedestrian paths leading towards the beach entrance. This route will take approximately 30-40 minutes.
