If you are starting from the Tivat waterfront area, head east along the promenade towards the city center. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach the main square, Trg Kulture. From there, turn left onto the main road, and walk straight for approximately 5 minutes. You will see the Naval Heritage Collection Museum on your right side, near the harbor.
