From the center of Tivat, start at the main square near the Tivat Marina. Head southwest along the waterfront promenade, following the path that runs parallel to the sea. Continue walking for approximately 15 minutes until you reach the small town of Porto Montenegro. Here, you can see luxury yachts and shops. Keep walking past Porto Montenegro towards the road that leads up to the hill. You will eventually see signs for Sveti Stefan. Follow the signs; the beach is about a 30-minute walk from Porto Montenegro. The walk is scenic, with views of the bay and surrounding mountains.

From Tivat, head to the local bus station, which is located in the town center. Look for buses that travel to Budva, as Sveti Stefan Beach is located near Budva. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Budva, ask the driver or locals for the bus or taxi to Sveti Stefan. It is a short ride from Budva, about 10-15 minutes.
