Walking
Start in the center of Tivat, at the waterfront promenade (Obala). Walk towards the Tivat Marina and continue along the promenade until you reach the bus station (Autobuska stanica Tivat). From there, take the road leading towards the Kavač area. Follow the road up the hill, enjoying the views of the bay. After approximately 30 minutes of walking, you will reach a fork in the road. Take the left path, which leads towards Fort Vrmac. The fort is about a 10-minute walk from this fork. Look for the signs directing you to Fort Vrmac.

Public Transport
From the center of Tivat, head to the local bus station (Autobuska stanica Tivat). Take a bus heading towards Kavač (check the bus schedule for exact routes). The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Disembark at the Kavač stop. Once you get off, walk uphill on the main road for about 15-20 minutes until you reach a fork in the road. At the fork, take the left path that leads to Fort Vrmac. The fort is around a 10-minute walk from this point.
