Start from the center of Tivat, near the main waterfront promenade. Head east towards the main road (Ulica 1) and continue walking straight. After around 15-20 minutes, you will reach the bus station in Tivat. From there, you can take a local bus heading to Kotor. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Kotor, disembark at the main bus station. From the bus station, walk towards the Old Town, and follow the signs leading to the Ruins of St. Nicholas Monastery, which is located on a hill to the east of the Old Town. The hike up will take about 20-30 minutes.

From Tivat, make your way to the local bus station and board a bus heading to Kotor. Ensure you check the schedule as buses may not run frequently. When you arrive at Kotor, get off at the main bus station and look for signs or ask locals for directions to the Old Town. Walk towards the Old Town, and then follow the path that leads up to the Ruins of St. Nicholas Monastery. The path is well marked, and you can expect a moderate hike of about 20-30 minutes to reach the ruins.
