From the center of Ulcinj, head towards the coast on the main road (Bulevar Teuta). Continue straight until you reach the roundabout near the beach. Take the first exit onto the left road leading towards Pržno. Walk along this road, and after about 1.5 kilometers, you will see signs for Park Milocher. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at the park's entrance.
