From the center of Ulcinj, head towards the main bus station. Once there, exit onto the main road, and take a left. Follow the road as it curves, and continue straight until you reach a bus stop. Here, you will need to catch a bus heading towards Šinđon. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. After disembarking at the Šinđon bus stop, walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will see signs directing you to Pavlova Strana. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at the viewpoint.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local shops in Ulcinj. Start by heading towards the main road following the same route to the bus station. Once you reach the main road, continue cycling straight in the direction of Šinđon. There are bike lanes along the way, making it safer. The ride should take around 30 minutes. Upon reaching Šinđon, look for the signs to Pavlova Strana and follow them for about 10 minutes until you reach the viewpoint.

To reach Pavlova Strana by taxi, you can easily hail a taxi from anywhere in Ulcinj. Inform the driver that you want to go to Pavlova Strana viewpoint in Šinđon. The ride will take approximately 20-25 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare before your journey or request that the driver use the meter. The taxi will drop you off directly at the viewpoint.
