If you are driving, head towards Kotor from any location in Zeta Plain. Follow the main road (E65) heading to Kotor. Once you enter Kotor, look for signs directing you to the old town area. You will need to park in one of the public parking areas outside the old town. After parking, walk towards the old town center and look for Trg Bokeljske mornarice, the square where the Maritime Museum is located. The museum will be at number 391, right on the square.
