Getting There

Car

From Anti-Atlas, drive north towards Tiznit. Continue on N1 for approximately 60 km until you reach the intersection with N10. Turn left onto N10 and follow the road for around 90 km. You will pass through the town of Taroudant, which is a great place for a quick stop. After Taroudant, continue on N10 for another 40 km until you see signs for Aït Ifous. Turn onto the local road leading to Aït Ifous, and follow it for about 20 km until you reach the coordinates 3H9P+JR. Total travel time is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on traffic.
Public Transportation

To reach High Atlas from Anti-Atlas using public transportation, first take a bus from a local bus station in towns like Tiznit or Taroudant headed to Marrakech. The bus ride will take approximately 2 to 3 hours. Once in Marrakech, you will need to transfer to another bus or a shared taxi to Aït Ifous. This leg of the journey will take around 1 to 1.5 hours. Make sure to check the bus schedules ahead of time and budget for around 120-150 MAD (Moroccan Dirhams) for the entire journey, including the transfer.
Taxi

Hiring a grand taxi from Anti-Atlas to High Atlas can be a convenient option. Grand taxis are shared taxis that can accommodate up to six passengers. You can find them at taxi stations in towns like Tiznit or Taroudant. Negotiate the fare before starting your journey; expect to pay around 700-800 MAD for a direct ride to Aït Ifous. The journey will take approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. This option provides flexibility and a more personal travel experience.
