The total drive will take about 45 minutes, depending on traffic. Ensure you have cash for parking at Volubilis, as it may not accept cards.

To reach Volubilis by public transport, head to the Fes bus station (Gare Routière). Buses to Meknès leave regularly, and the journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive in Meknès, you can take a taxi to Volubilis, which is about a 15-minute ride. Be sure to negotiate the fare before getting in the taxi; it should be around 50-70 MAD. Alternatively, you can also look for local shuttle services that might be available from Meknès to Volubilis.
