From the Medina of Fes, start at Bab Boujloud (Blue Gate). Exit the gate and head straight towards Avenue Hassan II. Walk along this avenue for about 20 minutes until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Avenue des FAR. Continue straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you see signs for Barrage Sidi Chahed. Follow the directions to the reservoir, which is located just beyond a small hill on your right. The walk will take around 40 minutes.
