Fez Cooking School at Palais Amani Experience
Best day in Morocco!
We did the souk visit and cooking class with Abdul and Chef Oussama and it was probably my favourite day in Morocco! They were so warm and friendly, took us to the best tea shop and it honestly just felt like friends hanging out. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, the lunch is delicious and you get a collection of spices, recipes and a certificate at the end. The only thing I’d change was my decision to eat breakfast that morning - you get so many tasters on the souk visit I would recommend going as hungry as possible! This is an absolute must for all foodies.

Baking Workshops at Fez Cooking School at Palais Amani
Best Baking Class
My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Baking Class at Palais Amani. We learned how to make the traditional Moroccan bread by hand. Our teachers were great and very patient. After our bread was prepared we walked to the communal oven to have it baked, then returned to make some lovely traditional cookies and a fabulous layered custard and fruit dessert, an extra dish not part of the menu. The kitchen was clean and bright on the terrace of a beautiful riad. When all was done we sat in the garden to enjoy what we had made with mint tea. Olive oil was provided for dipping the bread along with a bowl of delicious olives. We learned so much from everyone and can highly recommend this class. Thank you to everyone. 😀
