Walking
If you are in Fes Jdid, start by heading towards the main thoroughfare, Avenue Hassan II. Walk towards the direction of the Bab Boujloud (Blue Gate), a well-known landmark. Once you reach the gate, continue straight ahead. You will pass several shops and cafes. Keep an eye out for local signs directing you towards ساحة أبي الجنود. The square is approximately a 15-minute walk from Bab Boujloud.
Public Transport - Tram
From Fes Jdid, you can take a tram from the nearest tram station (if available) towards the city center. Make sure to board a tram heading towards the direction of the Fes city center. The fare is typically around 6 MAD (Moroccan Dirhams). After arriving at the nearest tram stop to ساحة أبي الجنود, disembark and walk approximately 5 minutes to reach the square.
Taxi (Petit Taxi)
You can also opt to take a petit taxi from anywhere in Fes Jdid. Simply signal a taxi and tell the driver 'ساحة أبي الجنود'. The ride should cost around 20-30 MAD, depending on your exact location.
