If you are starting from the Meknes train station, exit the station and head north towards Avenue Mohammed V. Walk along Avenue Mohammed V for about 15 minutes until you reach the bustling Place el-Hedim, the main square of Meknes. This area is filled with shops, cafes, and street vendors. From Place el-Hedim, walk towards the Bab Mansour gate, which is a stunning historical site. Once you reach Bab Mansour, continue walking straight, keeping the gate to your left. After a short walk, you will reach the intersection with Avenue de la Victoire. Turn right onto Avenue de la Victoire and continue until you see the signs for Bab Talt Fhoul. It will be located on your left, approximately 10 minutes from Bab Mansour.
