Car
From Moulouya, head west on the main road (N2) towards Zawyat Oulmzi. Continue driving for approximately 30 kilometers. Look for the sign indicating the turnoff for Lac Izoughar, which will be on your left. Take the turn and follow the dirt road for about 5 kilometers, which will lead you directly to the lake. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for unpaved roads.
Public Transportation
Start by taking a local bus from Moulouya to Zawyat Oulmzi. The bus departs from the main station and the fare is usually around 20 MAD. The journey takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Zawyat Oulmzi, you can either hire a taxi for about 50 MAD to take you to Lac Izoughar or walk the remaining 5 kilometers along the marked path towards the lake.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from Moulouya to Lac Izoughar. The taxi fare is approximately 200 MAD, and the drive will take around 30 minutes. Make sure to negotiate the price before starting your journey.
