From Rabat Ville train station, take a train towards Salé or Kenitra. Get off at the next stop, which is Salé. From there, you can take a local bus or a taxi to Għar Lapsi. If you choose to walk, it will take about 1 hour; follow the signs towards the coast and ask locals for directions to the bay.
