If you are driving from Marrakesh to the Morocco Dunes, you will take the N9 road from Marrakesh towards Ouarzazate. This scenic route will take approximately 4 hours and covers about 200 kilometers. After passing through Ouarzazate, continue on the N10 towards Tazenakht and then follow the signs towards the Rissani area. From Rissani, head south towards Merzouga, where you can find local guides to take you to the dunes. Be prepared for potential tolls along the way, estimated at around 50 MAD.
