Getting There

• Walking

  From the center of Tangier, head to the Grand Socco (Place du 9 Avril 1947). Once you reach the Grand Socco, look for the bus station nearby. Take a bus heading towards Tétouan; the buses are frequent and the ride takes about 45 minutes. When you arrive in Tétouan, get off at the main bus station (Gare Routière de Tétouan). From there, walk towards Av. Mohamed V and continue straight until you reach Av. Alger. The Tourist Information Center is located at 23 Av. Alger, which should be on your left side.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Tangier to Tétouan. Head to a taxi stand or flag down a taxi on the street. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting your journey. The ride to Tétouan should take approximately 50 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Tétouan, direct the driver to drop you off at 23 Av. Alger. This address is near the old Medina and is easily recognizable.

• Bus

  To reach Tétouan by bus, go to the Tangier bus station (Gare Routière). Look for buses that are specifically headed to Tétouan; they are usually marked with a sign in the front. The journey takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Tétouan bus station, exit the station and walk towards Av. Mohamed V. Continue walking straight until you reach Av. Alger, then turn left. The Tourist Information Center will be at 23 Av. Alger, on your left.
