Walking
If you are near the Tangier Ville train station, exit the station and head south towards Avenue Mohammed VI. Turn left onto Avenue Mohammed VI and walk straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rue d'Angleterre. Continue walking straight, and you will find St. Andrew's Church on your left side after about 500 meters.

From the Kasbah, exit the Kasbah and make your way down Rue de la Kasbah towards the Medina. Once you reach the main square, head towards Rue d'Angleterre. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer, and you will see St. Andrew's Church on your right side.
