Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving from the center of Ponta do Ouro, head south on Rua da Praia toward Rua do Mercado. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Avenida 1 de Maio. Turn left onto Avenida 1 de Maio and continue for another 1.2 kilometers. You will see Ponta Mar Resort on your right, just off the main road. There is parking available on-site.

  • Public Transportation

    For those using public transport, take a local minibus (chapa) from the main taxi rank in Ponta do Ouro. Look for a chapa heading towards Praia de Ponta do Ouro. The fare is usually around 10-15 MZN. Inform the driver that you’re heading to Ponta Mar Resort. Once you arrive, the resort will be a short walk from the drop-off point, approximately 200 meters to the right along the beach.
