Kitesurfing Centre: Your Gateway to Adventure in Vilankulos

Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the Vilanculos Beach area, head northeast along the beach promenade towards the main road. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Avenida da República. Turn left onto Avenida da República and walk straight for about 1 km. You will pass several local shops and restaurants along the way. When you reach the intersection with Rua da Praia, turn right. Continue walking for another 300 meters, and you will see the Kitesurfing Centre on your left at 19 OUTBRO. The building is easily recognizable and has signage indicating 'Kitesurfing Centre'.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Vilanculos. Start at Vilanculos Beach and head northeast along the shoreline to Avenida da República. Once on Avenida da República, head left and cycle straight for about 1 km. Keep an eye out for local landmarks such as the market on your right. When you reach Rua da Praia, turn right and cycle for another 300 meters. The Kitesurfing Centre will be on your left at 19 OUTBRO.

• Tuk-Tuk

  For a quicker option, you can take a tuk-tuk from anywhere in Vilanculos. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Kitesurfing Centre at 19 OUTBRO. The ride should take about 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. Most drivers are familiar with the area, but it’s always good to confirm that they know the location before you get in.
