Getting There

• Car

The route will likely take you via the main highways connecting the towns in the region to Yangon. Make sure to check for any tolls on the way, as some routes may include toll booths. Upon reaching Yangon, follow the local road signs to Zi Wa Ka Street where the tomb is located. Note that parking may be limited, so plan to arrive early.

• Public Transportation (Bus)

  To reach the Tomb of Bahadur Shah Zafar via public transportation, you can take a bus from any town in the Ayeyarwady Region to Yangon. Buses are frequent and affordable, with prices ranging from 5,000 to 15,000 MMK depending on the distance.
