From the center of Hpa-An, head southeast on 2nd Street towards the main road. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with 4th Street. Turn left onto 4th Street and keep walking until you reach the main bus station. From there, you can take a local bus or a motorbike taxi to the monastery. The bus should take you towards Kalaw, and you can inform the driver that you want to go to Shwe Oo Min Monastery. Once you get off the bus on the main road, look for a pathway leading up to the monastery, which will be on your right.
