If you are driving, start from Loikaw, the capital of Kayah State. Head south on the main road (Route 1) towards the Myaing Gyi Ngu area. After approximately 20 kilometers, look for signs directing you to Kyat Cave. You will need to turn left onto a smaller road leading directly to the cave entrance. The cave is located near the coordinates 19.668837, 97.33265. Parking is available near the entrance, but be mindful of any parking fees.

To reach Kyat Cave via public transportation, take a local bus from Loikaw to Myaing Gyi Ngu. Buses depart regularly throughout the day from the main bus station in Loikaw. The journey takes about 30-45 minutes, and you should expect to pay around 1,000 MMK for the ride. Once you arrive in Myaing Gyi Ngu, you can hire a motorbike taxi for about 2,000-3,000 MMK to take you directly to the cave entrance. Confirm the price before starting the ride.
