Car
If you are driving, start from Kyaiktiyo Pagoda and head towards Mawlamyine-Yangon Highway. Follow the highway for approximately 45 minutes (around 25 kilometers). Look for signs that indicate Thein Za Yat. Once you reach Thein Za Yat, turn into the old lane where the Gen. Aung San statue is located. Make sure to park your car in designated areas as street parking may not be available.

To reach the Gen. Aung San statue by public transport, take a local bus from Kyaiktiyo Pagoda to Mawlamyine. The bus ride usually takes about 1 hour.
