If you are driving from Bagan, head southeast on the Nyaung U-Bagan Road (also known as the Bagan-Nyaung U Road). Continue for about 4 kilometers until you reach the junction with the New Bagan Road. Turn left onto New Bagan Road and continue for another 2 kilometers. Look for signs directing you towards Oak Kyaung (Brick Monastery) on Unnamed Road. The monastery is approximately 1 kilometer down this road. There is no admission fee to enter the monastery.

Public Transportation
To reach Oak Kyaung (Brick Monastery) by public transportation, you can take a local bus or shared taxi from Nyaung U or Bagan. From Nyaung U, catch a bus to New Bagan; the fare is approximately 1,000 MMK. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in New Bagan, walk towards New Bagan Road and hire a motorbike taxi (around 2,000 MMK) to take you to the monastery, which is about 3 kilometers away. Alternatively, you can ask the driver to drop you off directly at the monastery.

Bicycle Rental
For an adventurous option, consider renting a bicycle in Bagan. Many rental shops offer bikes for 1,000 to 2,000 MMK per day. From your location in Bagan, pedal southeast along Nyaung U-Bagan Road for about 4 kilometers, then turn left onto New Bagan Road. Continue cycling for about 2 kilometers before turning onto Unnamed Road towards the monastery, which is approximately 1 kilometer down this road. Enjoy the scenic views along the way!
