Continue for about 4 kilometers until you reach the junction with the New Bagan Road. Turn left onto New Bagan Road and continue for another 2 kilometers. Look for signs directing you towards Oak Kyaung (Brick Monastery) on Unnamed Road. The monastery is approximately 1 kilometer down this road. There is no admission fee to enter the monastery.

From Nyaung U, catch a bus to New Bagan; the fare is approximately 1,000 MMK. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can ask the driver to drop you off directly at the monastery.
