If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Mandalay. Head west on 26th Street towards 83rd Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 27th Street. Turn left onto 27th Street and follow it until you reach the traffic lights at the intersection with 82nd Street. Turn right at the traffic lights onto 82nd Street. Follow this road for about 3 kilometers. You will see signs for Kuthodaw Pagoda on your left. There is parking available near the entrance.

From the Mandalay bus terminal, take a local bus heading towards Aungmyaythazan. Make sure to ask the driver if they go to Kuthodaw Pagoda or the nearby area. The fare is approximately 500-1000 MMK. The bus will drop you off near the pagoda. From the bus stop, it's a short walk of about 10 minutes to the entrance of Kuthodaw Pagoda.
