If you are traveling by car, head towards the city of Bago, which is approximately 90 km from Yangon. Once in Bago, navigate to the address 8F35+MH3, Bago. From the main road in Bago, follow signs towards Kyaik Pun Pagoda. The pagoda is situated about 10 km from the city center. Look for local signs or GPS navigation to direct you to the pagoda itself, which is well-marked.
Public Transportation
To reach Kyaik Pun Pagoda using public transportation, start by taking a bus from Yangon to Bago. The bus fare is approximately 1,000 to 2,000 MMK (Myanmar Kyat). Once you arrive in Bago, you can hire a trishaw or taxi to take you to Kyaik Pun Pagoda. The trishaw ride should cost around 2,000 to 3,000 MMK.
