Walking
From the center of Pyay, head south towards Shwebo Road. Walk along Shwebo Road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Myoma Street. Turn left onto Myoma Street and continue walking for another 500 meters. You will see the entrance to Shwebontharmuni Pagoda on your right. The pagoda is well-marked, and there are usually signs in both Burmese and English to guide you.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Pyay. Start from the city center and ride south along Shwebo Road. After approximately 1 kilometer, take a left onto Myoma Street. Keep pedaling for about 500 meters, and you will find Shwebontharmuni Pagoda on your right side. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes, depending on your pace.
Tuk-tuk
For a quicker option, you can hire a tuk-tuk. Negotiate a fare with the driver for a short trip to Shwebontharmuni Pagoda. The driver will take you directly to the pagoda entrance from any central location in Pyay. The ride typically takes about 5-10 minutes. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.
