Start from the center of Pyay, near the Pyay Market. Head southwest on the main road (Yamethin Road). Continue straight for about 2.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the Ayeyarwady River. Turn left onto this road, which is marked with local signs pointing towards Akauk Taung. Follow this road for approximately 1 kilometer. You will start to see signs indicating Akauk Taung. The path will lead you to a small pier where you can find local boats. If you're unsure, ask locals for directions to 'Akauk Taung' or 'the pagodas on the cliffs'.
