    From the center of Pyay, head east on the main road (Pyay-Naypyidaw Road). Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Naypyidaw. At this point, you can either continue walking or catch a local bus (if available) to Naypyidaw. If you choose to walk, keep going for another 4 kilometers on the Naypyidaw road until you reach the Uppatasanti Pagoda, which is prominently visible on your left.

    From Pyay, find the bus station and look for buses heading to Naypyidaw. The journey should take around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Naypyidaw, ask the bus conductor to drop you off at the nearest stop to Uppatasanti Pagoda. After getting off, you may need to walk about 500 meters to reach the pagoda, following the signs or asking locals for directions.
