If you're starting from the Pyin Oo Lwin central market, head southwest on 26th Street for about 500 meters. Turn left onto 51st Street and continue for another 300 meters. You will reach the intersection with the Mandalay-Lashio Road; cross the road and keep walking straight for about 1 kilometer. Look for the Butterfly Museum, located at XFX9+53F, on your right side.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops near the central park. Start by heading south on 26th Street, keeping the park on your left. Continue straight to the Mandalay-Lashio Road and take a right. Cycle along the road for approximately 1 kilometer until you spot the Butterfly Museum on your left, right after the intersection with 51st Street.
Tuk-tuk
Find a tuk-tuk stand near the central market or central park. Tell the driver you want to go to the Butterfly Museum. They are familiar with the location. The ride will take around 10 minutes, and they will drop you off directly at the entrance of the museum located at XFX9+53F.
