Follow the signs to Amarapura and continue straight. You will eventually reach the area of Amarapura, where you need to look for the directions to Bagaya Monastery, which is located at W395+JFG. The monastery is situated near the Ubein Bridge, so if you see the bridge, you're very close. Parking is available nearby, but be mindful of local parking regulations.

To reach Bagaya Monastery by bus, head to the Aung Mingalar Highway Bus Terminal in Yangon. From there, take a bus heading towards Mandalay and ask the driver to drop you off at Amarapura. This journey typically takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Amarapura, you can take a local taxi or walk to the monastery, which is located at W395+JFG, near Ubein Bridge. The taxi fare for this short trip should be around 1,000 to 3,000 MMK, depending on your negotiation skills.
