Once you arrive in Mandalay, take a local taxi to the Mingun ferry terminal (around 5,000 MMK). From the terminal, take a ferry to Mingun, which costs about 1,000 MMK. The ferry ride takes about 30 minutes. After disembarking, walk towards the Mingun Bell, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the ferry terminal.
