    If you are in the center of Yangon, start at Sule Pagoda, a well-known landmark. From Sule Pagoda, head south on Maha Bandoola Road. You will pass by the City Hall on your left. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Bogyoke Aung San Road. Turn left onto Bogyoke Aung San Road and walk for about 1 kilometer. After passing the Yangon General Hospital on your right, you will see the Independence Monument located at Q5F5+6QX, Yangon, in the middle of the park.
