Walking
If you are starting from Sule Pagoda, head south on Sule Pagoda Road. Walk straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Maha Bandula Road. Turn left onto Maha Bandula Road. Continue walking for another 5 minutes, and you will see Yangon City Hall on your right. It is a large, colonial-style building that stands out in the area.

If you are near the Bogyoke Aung San Market, find a bus stop and catch a bus heading towards the downtown area. Look for buses with signs indicating they go to 'Maha Bandula Road' or 'City Hall.' It will take about 10-15 minutes. Disembark at the Maha Bandula Road bus stop. From there, walk straight for about 3 minutes, and you will see Yangon City Hall on your left.

From Shwedagon Pagoda, exit the pagoda grounds and head down Pyay Road. Walk straight for approximately 1.5 km until you reach the junction of Pyay Road and Maha Bandula Road. Turn left onto Maha Bandula Road. Continue walking for about 10 minutes, and you will find Yangon City Hall on your right.
