Car
If you are driving from Windhoek, take the B1 road south towards Rehoboth. Continue on the B1 for approximately 140 kilometers until you reach the turnoff for the B1 toward the town of Mariental. Follow the B1 towards Mariental for about 40 kilometers, then turn onto the C20 road towards the Duwisib Castle. Continue on the C20 for about 50 kilometers until you reach the Duwisib Castle, which will be on your right. Note that there is an entrance fee of 80 Namibian dollars per person.

To reach Duwisib Castle using public transportation, start by taking a bus or minibus taxi from Windhoek to Mariental. The journey takes around 2-3 hours. Upon arriving in Mariental, you will need to hire a taxi to take you to Duwisib Castle. The castle is about 50 kilometers from Mariental, and the taxi fare may vary; it is advisable to negotiate the price beforehand. The entrance fee is 80 Namibian dollars per person.
