If you're in Erongo, the best way to reach Kulala Desert Lodge is by renting a car. From Windhoek, take the B1 highway south towards Rehoboth. Continue on the B1 until you reach the turnoff for the C24 road towards Sossusvlei. Follow the C24, which will lead you through some beautiful landscapes. After about 160 km, you'll reach the junction for the D826 road. Turn onto the D826, which will lead you directly to the lodge. The entire journey takes approximately 4-5 hours. Make sure to fill up your fuel tank as service stations are sparse in this region.
