Car

If you are driving from a central location in Kavango West, head towards Rundu. Take the B10 road, which leads directly to Rundu town. Once you arrive in Rundu, follow the signs to the Tutungeni area. As you enter the Tutungeni area, look for Mbwangungu Hamutenya Street on your left. Continue on this street, and you will find Tambuti Lodge at Erf 1123. Ensure you have a GPS or map app for accurate navigation.

Public Transportation

For those using public transportation, take a minibus taxi from your location in Kavango West to Rundu. The taxis frequently depart from local taxi ranks and the fare is generally affordable (around NAD 30-50). Upon reaching Rundu, ask the driver or locals for directions to the Tutungeni area. You can either walk (approximately 20-30 minutes) or negotiate with a local taxi to take you directly to Mbwangungu Hamutenya Street. The lodge is located at Erf 1123 in that area.

If you are already in the Tutungeni area of Rundu, you can walk to Tambuti Lodge. From the main road, head towards Mbwangungu Hamutenya Street and follow it until you reach Erf 1123. The lodge is well-marked and is a short walk from the main thoroughfares.
