Car
If you're traveling by car, head towards Mwitjiku from the nearest major town in Kavango, Rundu. Take the B10 road south from Rundu for about 100 kilometers until you reach Mwitjiku. Once in Mwitjiku, you can use GPS coordinates (-18.0940207, 21.6499007) to navigate to the Khwe Living Museum, which is located at WJ4X+9X. There are signs along the way, but it's a good idea to have a map or GPS. Parking is available at the museum.
Public Transport (Taxi or Shuttle)
For those relying on public transportation, take a taxi or shuttle from Rundu to Mwitjiku. You can find taxis at the main taxi rank in Rundu. The fare should be around N$ 50-100 per person, depending on the driver and the condition of the vehicle. Once you arrive in Mwitjiku, ask the driver to drop you off at the Khwe Living Museum, or use the GPS coordinates (-18.0940207, 21.6499007) to direct them.
Walking
If you are already in Mwitjiku and prefer to walk, from the center of the village, head towards the main road that connects to the B10. Walk along this road for about 2 kilometers until you reach the museum's location at WJ4X+9X. Ensure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated, especially in warmer weather.
