From Rundu, head north on the B10 road towards Kavango. Continue on this road for approximately 50 kilometers until you reach the turnoff to Mobola Island Lodge. The lodge is located on Mobola Island in the Okavango River, so you will need to look for signs indicating the lodge's entrance. Once you arrive at the entrance, you may need to park your vehicle and take a short boat ride across to the lodge. Boat transfers are usually arranged by the lodge, so it’s advisable to call ahead and confirm your arrival time.

From Rundu, take a local taxi or minibus heading towards Divundu. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the turnoff for Mobola Island Lodge. Upon arrival at the turnoff, you may need to negotiate a ride with a local taxi to take you to the lodge entrance. Expect to pay around 50 Namibian Dollars for this short trip. Once at the lodge entrance, you will need to arrange for a boat transfer to the lodge, which the staff can assist you with.
