To reach Dune 7 from Oshana by car, start by heading south on the B1 highway. Continue on the B1 for approximately 80 km until you reach the town of Swakopmund. From Swakopmund, take the C34 road towards Walvis Bay. After about 30 km, look for signs directing you to Dune 7. The dune is located near the town of Walvis Bay, specifically at 39 8th Rd. Follow the signs to the designated parking area at Dune 7. Parking is usually free, but it's advisable to check for any parking fees during peak tourist seasons.

If you're using public transportation, start by taking a bus from Oshana to Swakopmund. The buses typically depart from the main bus terminal in Oshana and the journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, with tickets costing around N$ 150. Once you arrive in Swakopmund, you can catch a local shuttle or taxi to Walvis Bay. The taxi fare should be around N$ 50 to N$ 100. After reaching Walvis Bay, you can either take another taxi to Dune 7, which will cost about N$ 30, or you can walk if you're feeling adventurous, as it's a short distance of about 5 km.
